This development of semi-detached homes, for Fresh Water Estates, was built using Roof Trusses and Posi-Joist metal web joists manufactured by our East Harling branch, and Crendon’s CATG-certified closed panel Timber Frame system, manufactured at our Ebbw Vale facility. The closed panel Timber Frame system has a U-value of 0.18, with the Panel wall make up aligned with STA pattern book EW30 PIR-02 RE130.
