We are pleased to announce the completion of a major redevelopment at Crendon Wem. The project involved two WW2-era Nissen huts being removed and replaced with a new much larger insulated building and storage area.
The new facility has electric sensor roller shutter doors, improved drainage systems, an expanded concrete storage area and will significantly increase manufacturing capacity of Metal Web Posi-Joists, Spandrel Panels and Gable Panels, all with improved crane handling and LEV systems in place.
Solar PV roof panels have been installed to help to reduce our carbon footprint and generate 50% of the electricity we use as part of our overall business electrification programme.
This redevelopment represents another step forward for Crendon Timber Engineering’s ongoing investment plans for our premises and manufacturing equipment to ensure we continue to provide industry-leading products and services to our customers across the UK.
