The build incorporated a fully hybrid installation including 140mm mineral wool insulation, VC foil and service void battens, helping to create a high-performance and efficient building envelope.
The design featured a cantilever terrace area alongside a flat roof with parapet wall upstand, demonstrating the flexibility and design freedom achievable with timber engineered solutions.
Using our complete Supply & Fit service, the installation was managed from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination on-site and maintaining programme efficiency throughout the project.
