It was a pleasure to welcome teams from Södra Sweden and Södra UK to our Long Crendon branch last week, as part of their ‘From Forest to Construction’ project.
The visit began with a tour of our factory, giving the Södra team an opportunity to see how timber progresses through our manufacturing process to become precision engineered Roof Trusses and other timber engineering products.
Following the factory tour, the team travelled to a nearby Bloor Homes development in Aylesbury, where they could see our Roof Trusses in action.
It was a great opportunity to follow the timber journey from start to finish, through manufacture at Crendon, and into the construction of new homes.
