Our Wellingborough branch designed and managed the project. Using MiTek Pamir to model the timber engineered elements, the team managed to design a fully timber engineered trussed rafter solution without the requirement for any steels, significantly reducing build-time and project cost.

One of the standout features of the project is the impressive triple-height entrance hall, made possible by a carefully designed void in the first floor Posi-Joist metal web joist design. It allows uninterrupted views from the ground floor right up to the roof structure, creating a striking sense of space and light.
