Piddlehinton is one of Crendon Timber Engineering’s most comprehensive facilities, offering a fully integrated design, manufacture, and Supply & Fit service. This complete solution gives housebuilders and developers the assurance of a single point of contact, cost certainty, and simplified on-site coordination.

The branch operates modern manufacturing lines producing engineered Roof Trusses, Posi-Joist metal web joists, Spandrel and Gable Panels, Feature Trusses, and Porches. Our specialist design team uses advanced 3D CAD software to deliver accurate, regulation-compliant solutions tailored to each project.

What sets Piddlehinton apart is our fully managed Supply & Fit service, led by qualified Contract Managers and executed by fully certified Carpentry Teams. From start to finish, every installation is handled with professionalism, including weekly progress reports and full project sign-off upon completion.

We place a strong emphasis on Health and Safety, with CHAS and SMAS accreditations, detailed crane lifting plans where required, and comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Our Contracts Managers hold SMSTS certification, and site foremen are SSSTS qualified, ensuring safety and compliance at every stage.

Our in-house design team works closely with developers, contractors, and self-builders to create tailored solutions that meet individual project specifications and comply with current building regulations.

For projects requiring speed and certainty, we offer our FASTRACK 5-day delivery service on Roof Truss and Posi-Joist from receipt of signed drawings.
