Facilities & Capabilities

Our Castleford branch is a fully equipped manufacturing site with extensive design, production and logistics capabilities and Supply & Fit to support a wide range of timber engineering requirements.

The branch includes a purpose-built facility for the production of Roof Trusses, Posi-Joist metal web joists and Spandrel Panels, allowing us to manage high volumes with precision and efficiency.
In-house design is a key part of our service offering. Our experienced team of timber engineers use the latest software to deliver bespoke structural solutions tailored to your build programme, ensuring compliance, structural integrity, and buildability on-site.

As a dedicated Supply & Fit branch, Castleford also manages end-to-end project delivery, with Contract Managers overseeing certified Carpentry Teams through installation. This ensures a seamless link between design, manufacture and on-site fit, providing total peace of mind.

We also offer rapid turnaround options, including our 5-day FASTRACK delivery service on Roof Trusses and Posi-Joist metal web joists from receipt of signed drawings, ideal for projects with tight timelines.
