39 affordable, energy-efficient homes at Clay Park, Dartington, delivered to the highest standard of performance (EPC A) on behalf of the client Aster Group for Clayewater Homes Ltd.

The social rented homes are constructed with reduced embodied carbon and include air source heat pumps and solar PV panels, helping residents to lower their energy use and utility bills.

Crendon Timber Frame designed, manufactured and installed the full Timber superstructure using Crendon’s Closed Panel Timber Frame system, with Gable and Spandrel Panels supplied by Crendon Newquay and the Roof Trusses supplied by Crendon Bridgend. The project was delivered through strong collaboration, ensuring a coordinated approach to design, manufacture and installation.
